    Adding to the menu?? Salt Cay

    You can take the cook out of the kitchen, but you can't take the kitchen away from the cook.  More Khmer specialites!

    We have really enjoyed the cuisines of Cambodia; the Kingdom of Wonder, and will be bringing some of them back to Salt Cay.

    Talk about fresh....still wiggling!

    And then there are the fruit shakes, whose receipes we are bringing back to Salt Cay!
    Mango or Watermelon Shakes?
    
    Sausage anyone?


    Fresh Lobster with Kampot pepper and lime?
    Stir fried prawns with kampot pepper, garlic and sping onions.

    And Angkor Beer, "my beer my country".  Sayings to live by:  "Same, Same, but different", "No money, no honey",  "Strangers are friends you haven't met yet."
