    The best BBQ chef we have ever met!

    We won't be serving spiders, snakes, or crickets, but look for frog legs on Thursday nights at Porter's Island Thyme.

    Only the freshest ingredients.
    Someone had to do it....search the world for the latest culinary trends and bring them back to Salt Cay in the Turks & Caicos.  Haidee and I set out on a mission to do just that.  What we have found is the latest in Khmer, Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese techniques to infuse the Caribbean fusion cuisine that we offer at Porter's Island Thyme on Salt Cay.
    Only one more skewer!

    Then there will be our new drink the CROC, not to be confused with an alligator!
