Wednesday nights there is a "happening" at Porter's Island Thyme on Salt Cay in the Turks & Caicos.

Hot Dogs from the days of the Green Flash Cafe are back!

Residents and Guests alike get together for chicken wings, frog legs, Green Flash hot dogs and then Texas Hold-em on Salt Cay at Porter's Island Thyme.

• Thursday night at Porter's continues to be Lobster Mania. 
• Friday is Pizza night. 
• Saturday is BINGO or Karaoke.

This Saturday night in addition to BINGO there will be a demonstration on how to make a TOGA for the upcoming TOGA Party on Saturday, February 4.
