The food!
Caviar and champagne tasting....followed by a four course Valentine's Day Dinner that included: Oysters Rockefeller Bienville, and Island Thyme, Salt Cay lobster bisque, marinated vegetable salad, a choice of entrees (red snapper, prime filet mignon, or duck breast), followed by a fresh strawberry parfait.
