Fresh oysters have arrived....there will be Oysters Bienville, Oysters Rockefeller, and our own creation Oysters Island Thyme to enjoy with smoked salmon canapes.
The fresh caviar arrives today...the champagne's are chilling for the caviar and champagne tasting.
Then there will be the main courses and Haidee's signature parfait for desert.
