Salt Cay is the perfect place for a summer vacation for the family or just to get away from it all!
The island is less crowded; everyone is excited in anticipation of the upcoming season. At Porter's Island Thyme we are testing new recipes to be added to next season's menu. During your stay on Salt Cay if you would like to try some of our creations "in progress" please let us know as we value the input of our guests.

There were more whales and more "soft" encounters than we have had in my tenure on Salt Cay.
