We have to apologize to everyone visiting Salt Cay for the last several weeks and for the next few weeks while we complete construction on the projects that are underway.

Work in the bar/dining room is complete with new bar stools...designed to prevent "backward flips."

The demonstration kitchen in the Coconut Room is waiting for tile for the cabinets. Cabinet doors and drawers are being made, the sinks have been installed along with the commercial stove with two convection ovens which is ready to go.

The Flamingo Terrace overlooking the salinas is complete, but we are still working on the new decking that approaches the Flamingo Terrace. It should be finished in the next week or so.
