Salt Cay: What a Day!

WOW!  What a day on Salt Cay in the Turks & Caicos!

Today...we perfected our recipe for our new hamburger buns and rolls for our new breakfast sandwich!  After test tasting everyone agreed the new recipe is a "winner".  Thank you Cuzco!


Long Island has Long Island Iced Tea...now Salt Cay has its own version!  A combination of New Orleans flair and the flavors of Oman in the middle east.  Thank you New Orleans Rum Distillery and Six Senses-Oman!  Rest assured our version is not a potent as the Long Island version, but extremely refreshing to say the least.


We taste tested one of our new salad creations, Curried Tomato Salad, to be added to the "featured salads" on our new menu.  Thanks to the people of the British West Indies for sharing this recipe with us!

Then there is the ongoing updating...new lattice encircles the bar.  Thanks to our team especially:  Apol and  Topla.


We have installed our new humidor and have a selection of fine Cuban cigars for your enjoyment.  Sorry no cigarettes though!


Finally, it's official, we have combined all the businesses we represent on Salt Cay in the Turks & Caicos under the Island Thyme, Ltd. banner. 


One final note, but the most important one, thanks to everyone who has supported our Caribbean Dream and made it a reality!
