The "Season" on Salt Cay is winding down and as it does we are making plans for next year. We anticipate that it will be even better!
Most know of Porter's Island Thyme Hot Sauces...both the Mango and the Habanero. Next season we will be introducing a new Hot Sauce and we need your help!
Provide us the the name for our new Hot Sauce and you will Win a two night stay at Castaway...Salt Cay and a complementary dinner for two at Porter's Island Thyme.
