Apol is just finishing his third year on Salt Cay.
He would like to say thank-you to all our guests, residents, and friends who have supported Porter's Island Thyme through the years. This has allowed him to support Daisy, his wife; who is currently finishing her college degree in education in the Philippines and his daughter Pau, as well as his extended family.
Apol has made a major contribution to our businesses as well as Salt Cay as a whole. We look for Apol to be part of our operations for years to come.
