Chinese New Year on Salt Cay was the "event" of the season. The festivities started with the steaming of the Peking duck, then the roasting of the suckling pig.
The pace of the party quickened with the Chinese Buffet, the Salt Cay Rake & Scrape band. The Tiger (Canadian Dan) and Tigress (Sharon) for the year of the Golden Tiger were selected.The cultures blended in what was a phenomenal evening!
And the evening ended with dancing on the bar!
Salt Cay today is SLOWLY returning to normal!
