Lolli is back on Salt Cay in the Turks & Caicos hard at work in the kitchen at Porter's Island Thyme. Lolli's arrival brings back homemade doughnuts at 8 AM after morning coffee at 7 AM.
Island Thyme will be closed from March 26 to April 9 as Porter & Haidee head to Asia. Things will continue to "happen" when Porter & Haidee are "off island"...much needed upgrades at Island Thyme are planned for completion.
Apol, Lolli and Ben will be on Salt Cay in Porter's & Haidee's absence while the restaurant is closed. However we will still be accepting reservations for Charming House and the Villas of Salt Cay. During the period Island Thyme is closed, guests staying at Charming House and the Villas of Salt Cay have the option to have a private chef create special culinary creations on the properties for their enjoyment
