    Latest: Salt Cay Vintage

    Our first Salt Cay wines have been so well received that we have decided to crush more grapes to have some other varietals for you to enjoy.

    First and foremost we need to thank Wendy and Simon Bateson for helping organize the "crush".

    Not only are we doing two new blends; Family Recipe and School House Blend in honor of Grandma Dot's and Haidee's teaching careers, but we are also crushing Montepulciano grapes from Italy.

    These wines will be aging in oak casks until the fall of 2010, but will be on Salt Cay for your enjoyment next season.
