Up, Up and Away to Salt Cay, Turks and Caicos Islands

There are now 3 different airlines offering flight service into Salt Cay. Two airlines have scheduled service and one is a charter carrier.

Caicos Express: This airline stepped in to provide service to the Salt Cay residents after Air Turks and Caicos stopped their scheduled flights in May, 2009. Although they are still new to this business, many of the residents have been happy with their service. They have operated consistently on schedule since they began. The agent is Patrice: 649-342-1462.
Their schedule is as follows:
Mondays: PLS-SLX 6:30AM SLX-GDT-PLS 7:00 AM
Wednesdays: PLS-SLX 3:15 PM SLX-GDT-PLS 4:00 PM
Fridays: PLS-SLX 7:30 AM SLX-GDT-PLS 8:00 AM
PLS-SLX 3:15 PM SLX-GDT-PLS 4:00 PM

Air Turks and Caicos: This airline recently stopped service to Salt Cay. They are now beginning service with a proposed new schedule. They have upgraded their internet service to provide for purchase of e-tickets.
Their proposed schedule is as follows:
Mondays: GDT-SLX 7:00AM
SLX-GDT-PLS 7:20AM
Wednesdays: PLS-SLX 3:45PM
Fridays: GDT-SLX 7:00 AM
SLX-GDT-PLS 7:20AM
PLS-SLX 3:45PM
Saturdays: SLX-PLS 11:00AM
PLS-SLX 3:45PM
