    Red, red wine: Salt Cay Style

    Red, red wine...the first batch of Island Thyme's Salt Cay red wine if gently maturing in oak casks. Bottling is scheduled for September. We anticipate having the wine in our cellar on Salt Cay in early October.

    These wines have been custom blended to complement our island seafood dishes as well as one of the best steaks found in the Turks & Caicos.
