    Salt Cay's Fusion Burger

    What makes the Fusion Burger so good at Porter's Island Thyme?

    It starts with eight ounces of USDA Prime beef blended with our own seasonings,  each burger is hand-formed, and grilled to your liking.  Then it is topped with sauteed Vidalia onions, apple-wood smoked bacon and sauteed mushrooms.
    The bun recipe was given to us by a bakery in Cusco, Peru.
    This all rests on our home-made hamburger bun.

    The Fusion Burger is accompanied with our famous hand cut fries, salad, or fruit depending on your tastes.
