Thanks to our Italian friends from South Philly who are teaching us to make gnocchi and gnudi today.

We are working on the sauces...new menu items for next season...Italian with a Caribbean flare!  

Ah gnudi!

That is what we call Fusion Cuisine.

Gnocchi with shrimp and asparagus.
