What a fantastic Season it has been!
It was the best humpback whale season I can remember...numerous sightings and a multitude of "soft" in water encounters.

The Island Thyme Team wants to say THANKS for making it our best season ever.
Apol heads to the Philippines next week for some well deserved vacation and Lolli will follow when Apol returns.
Haidee and I are off April 22 and will return to Salt Cay in early June.
Island Thyme will be closed in our absence, as well as the properties we manage.

We are already working on the menu for next year. Check out our new Pico de Gallo omelette with fresh avocado, organic tomatoes, shallots and Colby jack cheese...there will be many new things and activities for next year.
