My background is in agriculture and it seems everyone at some time or another everyone returns to their roots.
We have done just that on Salt Cay in the Turks & Caicos! After many unsuccessful attempts to garden on Salt Cay we feel we have all the "kinks" worked out. Construction is almost complete at a prototype organic garden at Castaway - Salt Cay.

The garden doesn't look like much as we are using strictly organic or recycled materials in the garden's construction.

Check out the tomatoes...and more seeds are on the way. At Porter's Island Thyme we will be serving all the organic vegetable we can grow. And once we have proven the concept works we will be expanding our organic garden at Castaway - Salt Cay.
