All Our Bags Are Packed! Back December 1.

We are packing our bags for one last adventure before the season "kicks" in on Salt Cay in the Turks & Caicos.  

Back to the beaches of my childhood....Arturo's, Blanco Whites, US Bar & Grill...cabrito to die for...friends and memories; some who have moved on and those we will see again on the "other side."

Construction is complete on our new water system

Before we leave we have updated the water delivery system at Porter's Island Thyme...no longer do we have to run 300+/- feet of garden hose to get potable water.  

Special thanks for those who made this happen!  However, please don't feel sorry for the cows and donkeys who now won't be able to drink out of the garden hoses supplying water to Porter's Island Thyme on Salt Cay.  They will have to look elsewhere.
