Porter's Island Thyme on Salt Cay will be closing for a Spring Break from Friday, May 4 to Friday, May 25, 2012.
We have been getting a lot of questions about the Zoo on Salt Cay and people wanting to become Zoo Keepers or have their name immortalized on the "Wall."
Do four shots and the sounds and action of the animal involved and earn a free T-shirt, then the 5th one gets your name on the "Wall." All the shots are free! Then go for the Premium Gifts if you dare.

Accomodations we handle on Salt Cay while we are off island will be available, but Porter's Island Thyme will be closed.
