Everyone is asking: "What is Lobster Mania?"

Lobster Mania is an theme evening featuring local Salt Cay lobster at Porter's Island Thyme on Salt Cay in the Turks & Caicos every Thursday night, when lobster is in season.

Lobster Kabobs on the Grill

The three course meal features:  Island Thyme's Lobster Bisque, Lobster Salad (that rivals that of days gone by), and Lobster Kabobs.

Top it off with homemade ice cream in an assortment of island flavors and you have a meal not soon to be forgotten on your Caribbean vacation. 

P.S.  Island Thyme's regular menu is always available if Lobster doesn't suit your fancy on Thursday night.

Pirate's the world over are heading for Salt Cay in the Turks & Caicos for the return of the original Pirate Party to Porter's Island Thyme on Salt Cay!
