Salt Cay Salina Sally: New Contest

Everyone who has spent much time on Salt Cay knows about Sallina Sally.

It is told that our lovable Salt Cay Salina Sally is often seen at night moving from the main salina on Salt Cay to the "blue hole" in the south creek or on rare occasions is seen crossing Victoria Street to reach the ocean from the salinas.

Is Salt Cay Salina Sally related to Nessie?

Many people have had encounters with Salt Cay Salina Sally, either while riding their bike or taking their golf cart home through the "middle ground", on their way to their accommodations in the South District of Salt Cay... some comical and others more serious.

Porter's Island Thyme on Salt Cay in the Turks & Caicos announces their latest contest and the rules are easy:

1. Find Salt Cay Salina Sally and document her existence with a photo
2. Submit a high resolution photo of Sally to Porter at:  pwiii@aol.com by May 1 , 2012
3. The winners will be selected by May 15, 2012 and will win dinner for two at Porter's Island Thyme on Salt Cay
4. Decisions of the judges are final.
5. Photos become the property of Porter's Island Thyme on Salt Cay
