Salt Cay Papayas Anyone?

There is a real green initiative happening on Salt Cay thanks to the efforts of Candi Herwin, The Salt Cay Salt Works and the community of Salt Cay.

We, at Island Thyme Bistro, have been composting our organic matter for the last several years and have used the compost to produce some of what many have called the sweetest papayas on Salt Cay.

To help with Candi's effort we have increased the number of papaya plants we are growing and are offering them to the community to assist in the grass roots effort to produce more things locally on Salt Cay.
