John is the master of ceremonies when it comes to cooking. He uses his own special dry rub and BBQ sauce which has taken years to perfect, not to mention the special BBQ pit he designed and constructed. And then there is the margarita machine.
We hope to have John on Salt Cay this next season so everyone can sample his fantastic BBQ!
