Due to a conflict in scheduling we have decided to shift our Chinese New Year celebration to Saturday, February 20. The advance group of "Chinese Ladies" from Grand Turk have already been on Salt Cay and are making plans to attend the event.

The festivities will begin Saturday afternoon around 3 PM with the roasting of the suckling pig, followed by a Chinese Buffet in the Coconut Room at Porter's Island Thyme.
