Island Thyme on Salt Cay will be closed from September 8 to 22.
We will not be on vacation as many suspect!
It is a tough job but someone has to do it. We will be assisting in bottling the first vintage of our very own Island Thyme red wines as well as sampling vintages to come.
Couple this with discussions with some of our new vendors and you can expect to see exciting things happening at Island Thyme Bistro.
