The humpback whales have passed Salt Cay in the Turks & Caicos on their annual migration back to colder waters. Many of our winter residents are following the migration path of the whales and Salt Cay is beginning to slow down.
Appol headed back to Davao City in the Philippines for some much needed rest and to celebrate PawPaw's first birthday. I will be following his footsteps in the very near future to look for additional staff for Island Thyme Bistro for next season.
We will be re-opening in mid-June and look for some exciting new additions to our menu!
