The Backyard offers private dining with barefoot elegance, Salt Cay style.
Anything is possible in Porter's Backyard, but reservations are a must as seating is limited to six people. Reservations must be made directly with Porter.
Let your imagination be your guide and any culinary creation is possible as a personal chef will be assigned to assure the ultimate dining experience. The wine selection in the Backyard features 1981, 1982 and 1983 first growth Bordeau's as well as ultra premium liquors personally selected for your enjoyment.
