Mixologist, Leaf Erickson, created Island Thyme Bistro's own version of the mojito that has been popular throughout the Caribbean.
The creation, Turbinojito, combines the essences of the island: fresh limes, locally grown salt cay mint, Monin simple syrup and fine aged rum.
