

Award winning chef Rosalie Tomada (Lolli) conducts Asian Fusion cooking class at Island Thyme Bistro on Salt Cay in the Turks & Caicos on February 13.
The class featured appetizers of the Philippines including, Lumpia, Singapore rolls, and Chef Tomada's special fried rice. Guests and residents attended the class and enjoyed their creations at a lunch following the three (3) hour class.
The class was videoed by Director Nick Herwin of Pirate's Studio in the United Kingdom and CDs of the class will be available by e-mailing Mr. Herwin at nicherwin@yahoo.co.uk.
