Thanks goes out to a lot of folks that made it happen, especially H.M. Prison in Grand Turk...the Salt Cay ferry crew...and all the cultures who call Salt Cay home.
What is all the commotion about? The guys are planning what may prove to be the Party of the Summer and Fall Season. September 22 is going to be the celebration of Apol's and Cossie's Birthday on Salt Cay's North Beach complete with a Pig Roast. And as I now know for a proper pig roast you have to start with live pigs. So that is what we did yesterday...and selection of the "proper" pig is not a task to be taken lightly!
