A new tradition is developing on Salt Cay.
Most Saturday nights are turning into a gathering of select guests and residents of Salt Cay to enjoy Island Thyme rotisserie chicken, Apol's tropical coleslaw, slow roasted baked potatoes and on some occasions BBQ spare ribs in Porter's Backyard.
After dinner the fun begins with karaoke (where everyone joins in), the latest music videos or a first run movie.
Sometimes even someone famous attends! Could this be Avril Lavigne?
Regardless the music was fantastic...a night to remember!
