Salt Cay: What a Wine List!

I dare say Porter's Island Thyme on Salt Cay will have one of the most extensive Wine Lists in the Turks & Caicos.

We are finalizing the List now.   Wines are arriving daily from our various suppliers and we have wines for every taste and budget.

Special thanks goes out to our suppliers who have put up with our idiosyncrasies ..and helped with getting these wines to Salt Cay; one of the out islands in the Turks & Caicos.

Thanks also goes out to restaurant owners, somaliers, and friends worldwide for their input and help in sourcing the wines.
