Last night we hosted Carnival's Employee's Christmas Party. It was a "small plate" affair with over eighty in attendance. There were local delicacies, international dishes and many of Island Thyme's favorites.

The local Salt Cay band entertained the guests and Enrique our Salt Cay DJ spun tunes when the Band was on break...the dancing went on until the wee hours of the morning.
