Porter's Island Thyme is having an "off the chart" event.  Instead of a Valentine's Day Meal on February 14, as we have had in the past we are doing small plates.

First Ever Caviar Tasting on Salt Cay, Turks & Caicos.

 Featuring a caviar tasting...with caviar's from around the world as well as a champagne tasting.

There will Smoked Salmon Canapes, Oysters Bienville & Rockefeller, Scallops Brochette, Tuna Carpaccio, Sizzling Prawns, Assorted Ceviches just to name a few.
