Maricella is an expert in Dominican cuisine and will be helping in the kitchen broadening the range of Caribbean Fusion cuisine that we offer at Island Thyme on Salt Cay. She has had a broad range of experience in hotels and restaurants in the Dominican Republic from Santo Domingo to Puerto Plata.
