Salt Cay, Turks & Caicos: Crystal Seas Adventures… Salt Cay, a subsidiary of Oasis Divers Grand Turk, announces plans to begin operations on Salt Cay in November, 2011. Salt Cay, the smallest inhabited cay in the Turks & Caicos, is well known for its unparalleled crystal clear seas, which are perfect for the water enthusiast’s enjoyment.
Crystal Seas Adventures… Salt Cay will offer a complete array of activities for the water enthusiast on Salt Cay. The operation will provide highly personalized scuba diving, snorkeling, whale watching, private charters, bird watching, and eco-friendly excursions on Salt Cay. This, coupled with trips to the neighboring islands and cays, as well as regularly scheduled diving trips to South Caicos and Grand Turk, make Crystal Seas Adventures… Salt Cay unique among the Turks and Caicos watersports operators and the preferred provider of aqua tourism on Salt Cay.

Mr. Tim Dunn will be responsible for the day to day operation of the business. Tim brings with him a wealth of experience in the diving and watersports business having worked for every dive operator in Grand Turk and Salt Cay over the past decade. Tim has led over twenty-five hundred dives in Grand Turk and Salt Cay and spent over 500 hours whale watching after training under one of the best Captains in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Everette Freites. Tim worked for Oasis Divers as a Dive Master and Boat Captain from 2004 until 2008 and has recently moved to Salt Cay to work on his family’s historic home, the White House.
Lodging and water sports packages will be offered in conjunction with the premier accommodations on Salt Cay which include CASTAWAY… Salt Cay (www.castawayonsaltcay.com), Villas of Salt Cay (www.villasofsaltcay.com) and other select properties on island. Meal plans with Porter’s Island Thyme (www.islandthyme.tc) are also available.
Exceedion, LLC, of Indianapolis, Indiana (www.exceedion.com) has been retained for web site development and internet marketing for Crystal Seas Adventures…Salt Cay. The web site is currently “under construction” and will be operational over the next few weeks.
