Salt Cay: The Ultimate Caribbean Vacation Destination!
Salt Cay has always been viewed as a Dive Destination.
Everyone knows about our spectacular diving, but do they know that there is so much more to do:
1. Conching
2. Fishing
3. Kayaking
4. Clamming
5. Shelling
6. Snorkeling
7. Exploring
8. Encountering the wildlife, both in water and out.
9. Cooking
10.Experiencing diverse cultures
After Hurricane Ike there were a few fallen trees. The Salt Cay solution to recycling this valuable commodity was charcoal.
Now it is Thursday night at Porter's Backyard and people from seven countries decide that a good use for the newly made charcoal would be an Island Thyme Pig Roast.

As the pig roasted the Party began! There was feasting, story telling, singing, dancing, and imbibing until the wee hours of the morning in Porter's Backyard at Island Thyme.
"Word on the street" is this may become a regular Thursday night "EVENT".
Make your reservations now, so you don't miss the next EVENT!
